25 Days of Christmas- Day 2
December. 2, 2014- WOW! Day TWO......
Today we are giving up red meat (ok, if you need to go back to it you can, but try it for at least these 25 days, see how you feel....trust me, you will feel lighter, fitter, trimmer and thinner.....)
Get rid of all food sabatoures- you know those cakes, cookies, candies and all that trip you up....also if there is someone in your life that trips you up get rid of them too (ok, if you can't get rid of them, limit your time around them or tell yourself to let them do their thing and you do yours and think or the possibilities.....hey, you never know after they see your results they may be following in your footsteps!
Next tip of the day.....SKIN BRUSH! WHAT?!?!?...Yes, brush your skin......take a soft natural bristle brush and brush your skin, this will help you wake up, it will help you shed toxins from your body (you know your largest organ- YOUR SKIN!).....Take long strokes with the brush all over your body in the direction of your heart. Your skin will be soft and sweat evenly. You will be glowing....try it, and at least these 25 days- hopefully the rest of your life!
Clean out your wallet......or purse.....it will make a huge difference in how you carry yourself throughout the day.
Do something small to make yourself feel better! It will eventually lead to something BIG!
| The world is yours take it on one small step at a time! Alright here are your daily challenges, everyday during these 25 days you should be breaking a sweat.....so I hope this is doable for you...but I want all of you to go out and walk or better yet RUN, take your dog out with you too! I want everyone to cover 2 miles a day on their walk or run....it's not hard, by the end of the 25 days you should have 50 miles under your belt.....if you want to do more by all means do more, if not do the bear minimum.....also find some other workout you like to do and do it, include you dog in anything you do as well...... It could be a session of Doga, or a game of fetch in the backyard- but both of you should be moving about- don't just stand there and wait for your dog to bring the ball or stick back to you, run around- walk around have your dog find you and or chase your dog....have some fun with it!
