25 Days to Christmas Day 4

December 4, 2014-

Ok, we are on a roll now......4 days down, 21 to go....do you feel the effects of giving up those nasty chemicals?....Meats? and Dairy?.........You should be- if not do not worry- because everyone is different and it may take a little longer for you than others BUT it will happen!

Today we will be about setting up for the next 5 days.......

First, set up your exercise gear in one place! (whatever that maybe......)so that you can grab it, put it on, and get going. And not waste those precious moment looking for everything!

I mentioned Dairy- did you give it up?....do you feel any different yet?.....well, if not you will I promise.....when I gave up dairy it was a lot different than it is now, back in the day we didn't have all these replacements that are on the market today! Today they have soy based, almond based, tapioca based, and now even coconut based "cheeses".....

And did I mention the meat replacements, the egg replacements.....and a lot of these are GMO FREE and gluten free- Bonus!........

Pick a theme song for the day....you know something that motivates you!......Find some song that put you in a good not GREAT mood!

This is my theme song for the day!


Go shopping- Do not be denied, be Supplied.......so go buy those healthy plant based foods.......read any labels you come across (remember your not playing scrabble when you shop save that game for later.

Tomorrow, take a bite out of a nice juicy APPLE! As they say an APPLE a day keeps the doctor away but it keeps your health coach coaching you forever!

Don't forget to go for that walk or run, keep that journal, and exercise throughout your day. Start a little dance break wherever you can today!....Use that theme song- hopefully you can download it to your phone or Ipod and play it for your group or even yourself.

Allow yourself to be the person you are, do not be afraid to let yourself shine with an dance break- people will join in, or at least smile as they watch in jealousy!
